Automatic Approval: Permits will be automatically issued if not reviewed within the newly set timeframe of 20 days for planning and another 20 for building permits.
Designer Responsibility: Designers need to ensure their submissions are complete and accurate. Any irregularities found during later inspections will fall under their responsibility.
